Get to the start
National Trust route through ancient sessile oak and birch woodland, a wildflower meadow, and a crossing of Burbage Brook. One short steep, stepped section.
Runs a little long, but it’s genuinely quiet once you’re off the main Longshaw path.
Before you set off
Download Vespers so it plays without signal, start it as you leave the car park, and keep the volume low enough to hear bikes and the weather.
